I have SOS service only. Is there an outage/service issue? I've tried the usual: power-cycle phone, turn cellular data off/on, reset network connections. I've got 9-1-1 ability only!

Tomahawk, KY 41262 November 19th phone calls are dropped No texting nor phone calls Says my phone is NOT part of the network and ONLY emergency calls No one can call No one can text Even changed to a new phone. All of this because 3G to 5G shouldn't be this disruptive on service. I always had 3 bars Now nothing!

Can not make a call or text in Nashville. Appalachian wireless does not work here. Verizon should've kick in but for some reason did not.
