The company currently offers its clients TV, Internet and Phone services to approximately 246,000 television service customers who are situated in five operating regions: Western Pennsylvania, Miami Beach, Maryland/Delaware, Aiken, S.C. and Eastern Connecticut. They are headquartered in Quincy, Massachusetts and they came together after acquiring nonstrategic regions from the ow defunct Charter Communications in 2004.
