Cedaredge Colorado 81413. My att internet is absolute pants. I've only had it a month and I've finally had enough of the constant disconnecting every 20 mins ...all day everyday. Starlink is getting ordered next week ...so done with this.

I have had no internet for 3 days and yet it says there are no outages in Austin, Tx 78758. The automated voice says they are aware of the problem that was fixed May 7. Well, it’s May 9 and I still have no service. ATT, what are you doing?

27106 Winston Salem, NC - broadband has been down since yesterday afternoon (4/27). No idea when it will be back up, and nothing reported by AT&T outage map. When you login you can see outage in your area but no ETA for restore. Over 12 hours outage with no communication??? Completely unacceptable. I’m in IT - if I allowed that long of an outage I’d be out of a job.

I feel bad for anyone having to answer the phones at AT&T. I’ve been telling my roommate we need to switch, and I’m sure this will be enough push for that change. I’m disappointed in the horrendous lack of information not being provided to paying customers. Like it’s ok that you’re still gonna charge us for not being able to use an essential service.

I've been having problems with at&t service for over a year on and off now and I'm getting fed up... been a customer 20+ years but with the new googlefi service out gives a person the perfect opportunity too ... pretty positive I will be saying goodbye to at&t very soon ...
