18331 Spoke to someone there yesterday said they were working on fix still nothing. Called again tech says no outage remember that when I say check is in mail. For as much as they charge should give $$$$ back with all the time it's down

18080 located in slatington. Been going out at least one day per week for the last few months. If it happens one more time in the next month I’m going with Verizon. $180 a month for internet that doesn’t fucking work

So tired of this I get off of work late at night and the only way I can wind down is a sit in front of my computer until I get a little tired before I go to bed I can't even do that right now because in Slatington neff's area 18080 darn it has been wonky for the past hour and a half getting really tired of this I wish we could get other internet companies up here but we're stuck with Blue Ridge fail again guys.

18229 Jim Thorpe Blue Ridge holds an illegal monopoly on the region and will not allow competitors into the area. It is time to complain to the local governments about it and report them to the PA PUC and FCC.
