Brctv 11/21 out since 1am ... Ridiculous! Every time it rains my cable goes out... Connections have been going out ALL week .. very annoying, to say the least ... I'd think couple hundred $$ a month would get u better service ... FED UP!!!!

Anyone else in Tobyhanna receive a letter early in the year stating blueridge fiber is coming to the area and that we'd see crews out... Guess what, its now November and haven't seen them once. Also 40Mbps max upload in 2024 is just upsetting. Not only is it slow, but its not very stable. Constantly dropping packets almost every other day. Sadly brctv will never listen to their customers because who else are we going to call for "high-speed internet". Truly feel sorry for my fellow brctv customers.

Internet went down around 1AM; still hasn't come back on. Been on wait with Blue Ridge for 45 mins...WTF. Internet goes down every 2-3 days here in Tobyhanna 18466. I swear this area is a friggin 3rd world country on a good day.

Tobyhanna, 18466: Like I said below last week. Blue Ridge Internet being down at random times, when people are hom is almost a weekly occurance. I can't stand the fact that they're the only option for high speed internet in the area...If you don't have super high bandwith or latency requirements, maybe think about getting Starlink instead.

18344 Mount Pocono, PA Was playing new COD BO6 and internet went out 20 min ago, also have a wifi service I use when mine is not working, and the second wifi is out. And they are two separate company's. One is stroud media, the other is blue ridge cable (BRC) YEP and or course I've been on hold 15min so far on their automated call service. Smh!!
