Currently out in Dalton PA at 5:45am EST. Reset modem and router. Still getting "Connected without Internet". Looks like the modem isn't connecting to online making me think it's a provider issue. Not sure if it's due to the wintery mix rain storm that came through last night or what.

Cable has been out for over 2 hours in Swiftwater. Was on hold with BRC for 45 minutes, but gave up. Why dont they have a message about the outage when you call them so we can at least know what they might be doing about it or when we can expect it to come back on?
