34996 Stuart New yesterday has a voice activated prompting to click on things not on remote control and the voice is playing over the show . Ver annoying BUT most of all i have no access to channel guide!!!!! This sucks!!!!!!

interesting but not surprised - internet down for an entire day and a half so far in 33076. how is it when possible that i had a more stable internet connection 10 years ago then blue stream is able to provide in 2022. i would literally take dial up over this garbage

I have 3 tv’s, 2 of the 3 work fine. I am receiving a no signal comment on the 3rd tv and of course I have NO picture or sound. What can I do to fix this problem?

So I just spoke with them again, they had a main line blow up, and we won't have the internet back till late Sunday or early Monday. I guess its time to touch grass.

No television and no internet for 6 hours. No answers, no explanation, and no status from Bluestream. Grossly incompetent and no excuse fir this kind of treatment. Gonna check out alternatives tomorrow. Coral Springs 33067

Had to use 4G on my cell to find out what's up. Main phone line don't work for BlueStream and no one answers tech support. Made me feel better to know I'm not alone. Screw this company! At least tell us whats wrong! 33067 coral springs

33065 Coral Springs Its weird...Almost like the 40+ year old infrastructure that blue stream runs off of is breaking down quite a bit. Maybe the cable companies should have spent the federal funds they received over the past decades on actually upgrading the physical devices and wiring they use instead of pocketing the money and blowing smoke up our collective asses.

The internet wasn’t working and I was confused and found out there was an outage. Tried calling customer service but after googling the hours I realized customer service phone help closes at 6PM and if you wants 24/7 support you have to submit an e-mail ticket. Coral Springs 33067

33067 Parkland...no cable or internet since 4:15pm. Blue Stream won't answer phone or give updates to their customers. I want a refund for the hours and aggravation! At least with analog when cable was out we could still get local stations. This sucks!

I have been down for hours in Coral Springs. Called support and got answer after an 45 minutes and rep stated that there is a massive outage with no ETR.
