Knowing that the massive amount of outages you have it would be nice and very professional of you to give your customers updates on your progress. All my neighbors have service but me. How am I to know when service to be returned ? My wife works from home and I am a disabled veteran who orders my medications on line. Will it be 1 week,6weeks or 6 months. Without knowing should I be looking for a different alternative ?

33065 worst company ever I’ll throw u guys modem downstairs so terrible been down since 2 pm in the afternoon u guys suck worst company ever u guys should restart your whole company over sad so upset they got rid of comcast u can’t even check estimate time when it’s gonna be up they don’t care about there customers as long as there getting paid worst company to ever own wifi so terrible

The worst service, even without the hurricane bluestream never worked, super slow speeds absolutely horrible customer service. Which is amazing really when you think about it, but I would guess they use their use own service so they don't have phone or internet either. STAY AWAY from this service. Since our community switched from Comcast which was slow but reliable to blue stream which only works for about an hour day split up in ten minute sections. Blue Stream is a great reason to keep Comcast.
