Ok this is ridiculous to have your internet down this often. I moved here from Idaho, a small town only to find my HOA ropes me into this company at twice the price we paid in Idaho for half the service. That’s quite the deal

Tequesta 33469 Blue Stream tv/cable/ streaming service has been down over 28 HOURS! textbook training excuses being given No customer service. Non service hours in last 6 months have been worse than last 20 with cable. Cancel contract for breach. It's HURRICAINE season & we all need access 24/7.

33469, honestly not the worst internet service when it is working, probably the strongest and cleanest running throughout all the companies.. but there has to be a better system to keep a consistent/backup, therefore it doesn’t interrupt those of us that work from home. Clean strong and fast internet We need better communication from the company, with updates to each house hold provider not just the heads of the HOA, people love to complain and blame others, I understand technology is not perfect and running a company is insanely consuming with its own issues, so I will leave it at that.

I agree with Cooper G we have not been compensated in anyway for our time lost that we pay for every month. This is a constant outage with this company and not for an hour or two. It’s for 6,7,8 hours at a time. I would never recommend this company!

This is the worst cable/internet service I have ever had! We have it through our condo-Hoa for approximately 5-6 months and this has to be the 5 th time that we have had both tv & internet out for a full day 7 and 8 hours at a time. No customer service available no information on when service will be restored. Im really disappointed in the company

33469 Tequesta. I was told that Blue Stream had a 99% up time. So far it’s been about 91%. That’s for the last two months. I think everyone who has had an outage (this is the 4th time) should have the last two months credited to their bills. The contract conditions have not been met, and the contracts should be voided or credits should be applied. According to the contract, Blue Stream has not met the conditions.
