Just got off phone with someone. They said "internet outage will be restored as soon as the team assesses and fixes the issue"...no $h1t Sherlock! They're knocking money off my bill, yet I only pay for a landline for 40 a month. Only reason I have them in the first place is bc my HOA switched to them from xfinity. Totally inept company.

I just found out there were a few other providers, including AT&T that service this area 33065. Like I said, blue stream used to be the only provider, but I just found out there are others. Tomorrow I am switching.

I was told, heard they are the only providers here?? 33065 that's why they are crooked and run this terrible system. We should all write a plead and complain to the major to take note or who ever is responsible. Its honestly a pain every other day.

Maybe it's just bad timing with me literally just getting this new fiber technology yesterday. I figured it sucked, a little relieved that there is just an outage not the new system.

Nick, i talked to At&T for internet, they dont provide at my address in 33065 got on their waiting list for fiber. I cut the cord with Blue Stream and of course i cant stream either!!! ???? pathetic

@adrienne burke any other providers in 33065 i left 11 minutes on their phone NO ANSWER. What else can they say?? Out of excuses. Its been a fail all month. We need a new good provider in this area asap

I just found out we have other options for Internet in my area. When I signed up for blue Stream, they were the only option. I’m actually glad they went down again. Gave me the opportunity to search for another carrier.
