I'm so sick of ctv beam. Our internet goes out numerous times a day. It doesn't matter how many times they come out to "fix" it it never gets better. You can't even get internet from my room where the put the box for some reason to my kids room. I live in a small trailer. I should have a fantastic signal anywhere in here. If I could go through anyone else I would. 36877

Goes out several times per day for several weeks now. I have no other options for internet providers. I would like to file a class action lawsuit to challenge the exclusivity contract that BEAM has with the city. This is bure bull shite. Switched from AT&T about a week ago to Beam. Wanted to support local and be able to speak to someone if there was a problem. I am so disappointed in this service since the 2nd day Having so much trouble with internet and can't get anyone to answer the phone. AT&T would answer even if they were in another country

36877 Internet speed drops from 525 Mbps to 0.1 Mbps and then jumps back to 525 Mbps, continually in the Wyntree neighborhood off Lee Road 318. Upstream signal stays at 52 Mbps. Jitter is 1-2. This became a problem after the Gig speed upgrades. CTV technicians have told me there is nothing wrong with my home. Friends along LR318 and Summerville Road tell me they have the same problems. CTV Beam service was perfect for many years until the Gig speed upgrades. Please, fix this CTV Beam.

Pay for extra internet just for gaming and the shit glitches all day long and is never stable and now a complete outage and there's no trucks out there trying to fix the situation rhis is bullshit.

Place says it's closed til Tuesday!! I haven't seen one truck out there today to fix the outage. They better give us all a discount on our bill. This is complete bullshit. About time to start a class action law suit with all the outages this company has with nothing off our bill every month. What a fucking joke.

Unacceptable... Premium price, cheap equipment, under trained staff... Businesses workers depends on internet. I wish there was a penalty $$$$ for those providers when internet is out for more than 30 minutes.. Money talks and I garantie you if it was the case, internet outage would happen as often as it does now... they don't have any incentive to fix things in a timely manner

36870 Yet again, an outage. I truly hate this company. All they do is raise rates and offer zero incentives to exist9ng customers....while offering low speeds at high prices. Whereas other people enjoy 1Gb connection for $100, we get to enjoy 1/10th of that for the same price. The lack of competition here is ridiculous. I wish someone would come in and offer literally any competition so we could cut ties. We dont even have the luxury of using U-verse or verizon at our house
