36870 - my internet goes down several times every day. I've had text out here at least twice before in the past year since we moved here from Florida and they never find anything wrong because the service seems to always work while they're on location. This is seriously the least reliable internet I've had since dial up days. I really miss my AT&t fiber service in FL.

36874 Salem I was on hold for over an hour but CTVEA said there are techs working on the outage. That was 2 hours ago... so, no wifi for over 3 hours now. Hopefully it is fixed soon.

Internet has been down for about an hour now. Was on hold for 40+ minutes. Drove there and was told there shouldn’t be a problem on their end. It’s still down and it looks like I’m not the only one. If your internet is down you need to let them know so they realize it IS a problem on their end.

They should be in trouble for stealing our money. We shouldn't have to put up with slow internet even after I upgraded to 250. But its phenix city still corrupt like in the 1950's and before.

The internet in ladonia keeps going out and in all day. Stoped for couple of days and started right back going in and out every 5 to 10 mins apart. They are not worth the money they charge.!! Phenix city (ladonia) 36869.
