Internet has been down for about an hour now. Was on hold for 40+ minutes. Drove there and was told there shouldn’t be a problem on their end. It’s still down and it looks like I’m not the only one. If your internet is down you need to let them know so they realize it IS a problem on their end.

They should be in trouble for stealing our money. We shouldn't have to put up with slow internet even after I upgraded to 250. But its phenix city still corrupt like in the 1950's and before.

The internet in ladonia keeps going out and in all day. Stoped for couple of days and started right back going in and out every 5 to 10 mins apart. They are not worth the money they charge.!! Phenix city (ladonia) 36869.

Wifi went down this morning & again about 10 minutes ago. 36874. So we increase our speed from 100 to 250 and now get MORE outages??? Ridiculous how often it happens for Beam CTVEA.

36869 Phenix City For anyone that says the internet goes down everyday for a while, are you using the router provided by CTV? If so, that's your issue. We had that issue until we bought our own router that had better signal and now it only goes out when they do scheduled maintence.
