Wifi went down this morning & again about 10 minutes ago. 36874. So we increase our speed from 100 to 250 and now get MORE outages??? Ridiculous how often it happens for Beam CTVEA.

36869 Phenix City For anyone that says the internet goes down everyday for a while, are you using the router provided by CTV? If so, that's your issue. We had that issue until we bought our own router that had better signal and now it only goes out when they do scheduled maintence.

Our internet and phone service has been going out all day 4/23/2021. All you get is a recording of you call. WE CANNOT RUN OIR BUSINESS AND HAVE NO WAY TO CONTACT ANYONE AT BEAM. PISS POOR SERVICE!!!!!!
