Hot Springs 71901 SAME! Unlimited hold on support line, no internet since midnight now 3 a.m. this is twice in the last 2 weeks. Last time I got an apology notice the day after. However, they are now charging an extra 1.00 a month to mail a statement.

71901 hot springs Out two earlier today/Saturday and out again at 7:05pm. Affirms decision to go with dish. This crap happens way too often and my neighbor sorta laughs at me for holding out for better service. All operations at Resort are now closed down for wkend!!

Resort cable internet. Sucks. Outtages all the time. Internet when it works is spotty. Can't wait for att to get fiber optic in my area. Resort will never take my money again after that. They charge to much for crappy internet...
