I live in Golden Valley and have no reception! This is my only means of communication and I am a 72 year old vet. I tried to get the issue resolved and was told its not my phone it's the towers. Please fix this issue

Taylorsville NC 28681: Weak service, random outages, low latency, and poor upload speed. Tried resetting router and contacting support multiple times but nothing works. We've had the service for two months - first month started great, then constant issues with connectivity and stable upload speed.

No calls in or out several times today. Avery/Watauga, other family with CW having the same issues. Dead service in places it usually not and phones not receiving calls. Texts work as long as connected to wifi.

I currently am having difficulty making calls. My phone immediately cuts the call off as soon as I have put in the number. Also, should I have the Wifi-calling feature on or off?
