Cedar Rapids, IA. 52401 Absolutely No phone for a month. There have been problems since December off and on. They are”working on a cable problem”. This affects a assisted living facility. Depending on land line for life alert. If someone dies, it’s on CenturyLink.

Prism cable has been out since February 14th. Still have WiFi but no cable. Anyone know what’s going on and when it will be back on? I’ve called centurylink and all they said was that there was an outage and that they don’t know when it will be back on. I live in Scottsdale AZ 85260
