Still no email??? Are they working on this stuff 1 day a week from 9 to noon and calling it good? No way they are putting in a weeks worth of work on this and still can’t get it fixed.

No Brad, I am not an employee! I am a customer affected by this like everyone else here. I just typed in their website address hoping to see if things are getting fixed over there. Their website actually came up and that’s what it said on their web page. I only posted it here to share what I found. But I still don’t have access to my account.

Vickie, Are you an employee now? Earlier you made it sound like you went there to find out what was up along with a few other people too?? Now you make it sound like you are employed there and working on the problem?? Which is it?

Their web site (which now comes up) says — 11/15/23 Issues with Cloudnet Services Cloudnet is Still Open. Cloudnet services are temporarily down due to upstream provider issues. Unfortunately, this also affects Cloudnet's phone system. Cloudnet employees are working dilligently to migrate accounts to external servers. Several have already been Completed. If you are using an cloudnet dot com account, we are working on those as well, However, some accounts may have to be set up nev on the new cloudnet mail server. We appologize for the inconvenience this has caused all of our customer. Office hours are Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Well, according to an article online Cloudnet is closed and out of business. They keep lying to people about it obviously. Just say what’s really going on.

Obviously they are not telling us what’s really going on. After 5-6 days with it out and they can’t figure out what’s wrong and get it fix?? Mike should probably be in the office tomorrow and talking to the people that come in to see what’s wrong. No more beating around the bush and having the guy that’s been talking to people as they stop in continue to lie to the customers. Just say what’s really wrong. My brother works as an IT guy and they work for big banks and if their offline for more than an hour they are in huge trouble. If it’s a big problem that needs to get fixed they put everyone in the office on that job and get it done. These guys can’t figure it out in 5-6 days????????. They probably shouldn’t have a job anymore,

Ya I know Brad, there were five of us in there asking the same questions you are asking. We all were baffled how there is no clear answers. I don’t know how Zayo could do that. He said switching to another upstream would take a month. Cabling, etc. We didn’t talk to Mike so maybe he was dealing with it, I don’t know. The emails are dependent upon the sending end, but usually after 3 to 4 days they are lost/gone. But not sure. I sent an email to them through my Gmail address and it came back the next day and said it will try to resend for 46 hours (3days). So including the first day and the retries its 4 days.

Thanks for the info Vickie! I hope when they say they are closed Tuesday and Thursdays they are still there until this problem gets resolved. If I’m Cloudnet I would be switching upstream companies if they are having trouble talking/getting a hold of them so they can actually fix the problem. How can a company leave another company out to dry like this. It’s been out for 4 days now with no answers at all of what’s going on?? Is Mike the owner/boss man on vacation this week and just making a call here and there??? I still can’t believe they can’t talk to the provider of the voice mail company in Minneapolis to change the recording on there to let people know. Gotta be a way to do it. When/if it gets fixed will emails come thru to everyone from the past 4 days or are they just lost in space now?? Poor company communication imo as I believe there is a way to let customers know if they really wanted to let us know.

I went into Cloudnet today to check on what’s up. They say their upstream internet provider, Zayo (which connects Cloudnet to outside world) is having issues. They are having trouble getting things resolved with them. They still don’t know if the problem with Zayo is hardware or software. Sounds like there is communication issues with Zayo is as well. They still don’t have any answers as to WHEN this will get resolved. Their phone line is also IP based, so without internet connection they cannot access voicemail messages nor can they change the outgoing recording to notify people. If you have a Cloudnet email address (which is probably connected to many things) there is nothing they can do at this time. Until this gets fixed. If they host web site for you, they may be able to help DEPENDING on the situation. You can get in to talk to them about it. They are closed Tuesday and Thursday. The private sign on the door is just for walk by trespassers that were going in there to hang out.

Vickie, When you stopped in did you go in the doors where it said no trespassing or no visitors or something like that? I went there but didn’t open the door as it said not to. I went to: 26 sixth ave St Cloud,MN This is frustrating for a business and no help or communication from Cloudnet. I will be switching from them after it seems they don’t care about the customers. No reason to NOT be communicating with them.

Same here for Cloudnet! I live in St Cloud so stopped in to see if they were still in business, and they are. I was told they are having trouble with their main incoming internet connection. Arvig van was there when I stopped in.

Willmar,56201 I am in a similar situation with now 2 days of no email. I have called with the same negative results expressed so far. I am going to drive to St. Cloud and see what's going on on Friday if the service does not recover.

Would be great if they would leave a simple message on their answering machine saying what the problem is. Have not gotten work emails since 10am on 11/14/23. This is costing the company money as I’m NOT receiving work from clients. Does anyone know what’s going on for sure? I’ve called and left 4-5 voicemails as that’s all you can do.

Email has been down for 2 days now. Now reply to my phone messages so I don't know if the company has shut down or what is the issue. A little communication would be nice so customers know what is going on. A message would be all that is needed when I call in for support.

No emails downloading today -7/24-22. I do have strong internet service.
