I love how they say these are "RANDOM" outages. Check the outage history & you'll see they happen at the same exact time down to the minute 5:56pm Everyday. What's great about this is they can feign innocence and say they have to send a tech to you & you only have to pay $100! Each time! The funny thing is, they are mainly scheduled outages but the best thing about it is no one has to know! Let's lie to customers to make more $! Great idea

UNACCEPTABLE EVERY SINGLE DAY THE INTERNET GOES DOWN IN CHICAGO FOR HOURS. IM NOT PAYING THE BILL THIS MONTH, YOU WILL GIVE ME A FULL REFUND ON MY ENTIRE BILL. THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE AND THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

Commerce Township 48390...no internet. Tried to reset modem but Comcast couldn't connect with my modem. Beautiful weather so no problem there. Comcast has been acting up for a few weeks now!

My computer says no internet and that the DNS server is not responding. It was to be fixed by 6:30!!! Not!!!

Xfinity cable internet went off-line at exactly midnight. Regained exactly 7 minutes later. Suspicious timing - BUT no reports of any planned maintenance. Checked Xfinity's outage map, no out of service reports other than mine. Right now, thunderstorms passing through and cable connected internet is going down intermittently. This impacts the wifi connected laptop, too.
