Twice in week? I get that crap happens but come on. And always on a Saturday when we can’t call and get hold of anyone. You guys have great service when it works but not having a good way to reach out and report problems or have tech support is ridiculous. Dave 84015

Internet down yet again for the second time in less than a week. Had fiber for less than two weeks and has already been down twice. Great experience so far. So glad they literally cut the cable internet in my home. I wonder what excuse it will be this time and if anyone at connext even knows about it since they can't be reached on weekends. Phenomenal experience!
