Conns Creek - Cherry Grove internet out. Never mind fallen trees anymore, now service goes out if it gets below 10 degrees. Looks like switching over to the new fiber recently laid into the ground by TDS is near.

Internet is still out in 30107 Ball Ground. No response from ETC aside from automated text message stating they'll be with me shortly. Wish there were a number of cost-effective options for internet in our area. Streaming is often interrupted by slow-downs in service. Here's hoping it's back up soon for all of us - and at advertised speeds consistently.

ETC is one of the worst internet services out there. My internet download and upload speeds are constantly changing. It’ll have a brief consistent performance, and then all of a sudden it will tank. My ping is usually 25-32 on good days. But recently it’s been in the high 150-200 ping area. Not sure of the cause of this, if they are blaming it on the cold than they simply do not bury and insulate their cables well enough to account for days where temperatures drop to 4 degrees / -6 with the wind chill. “Cutting corners costs customers” Ball Ground, GA

My cable is out. Apparently it's suppose to be due to cold weather. I really thought that choosing fiber optic would be more stable. I guess I am wrong. I will definitely have to reconsider fiber optic and ho back to a more stable provider.
