75602 Down for 6 days now The recording changed today to say we aren’t working on it until we get permission from local authorities. That’s such a balony comment that their credibility just went to zero. I asked why I can’t hand them a generator and CS laughed and said it’s commercial and the batteries died. If it was running on batteries then almost any generator would work. This is bad. I am now calling other providers to see what my options are. I won’t be recommending fidelity any more.

We have been having issues for two days my Internet speed is below 200 Mbps supposed to be close to 1000 Mbps, that's what I'm paying for anyway. here in Benton, Arkansas. 72015

I missed an entire shift at work due to the outage on 05/12/2023. I asked for a letter from Fidelity to provide to my employer but it isn't sufficient. Does anyone know where I can find an article or map of the outage that day. I live in Sharp County. Thank you!

Cherokee 72529.. this again. I’ve called 2 times was on hold for 20mins the first time and never got an answer 2nd time had 10min hold with no answer. Wish they would give ETAs rather than letting all of us sit here and stew.

Oh, just to add..it's been out for over an hour this time. Just DAYS AGO was out for over 12 fkn hours. And then before was out for idk how long because I left for the day. But this is the 3rd or 4th time THIS MONTH OF LOONG outages. Pi$$$$$ed off

Internet is NOT working, in Highland, Ar- 72542 Did this a couple weeks ago too but came back on about 20 min later. Again about 2 weeks ago was out for at least 30 min or more. I've been on fidelity for about 3 years now, and almost never have had any issues, however the past month or so, it's been an ongoing thing off for while on n off on... Those are just the times I know about it being out while we were at home
