How is it that a week ago, at least one entire town went down? Now today, another entire town has gone down and has been for 6+ hours?! No one can tell us anything!!!! Wtf are we paying for?!

Even though my bill is paid, which was pretty high, it's constantly fluctuating in Alexander, Arkansas. For internet we pay around $100 for, this shouldn't be happening at all.

El Dorado Springs, MO. 64744 Internet suddenly went out about 10 minutes ago. My kids are in virtual school. This is unacceptable. We will find another provider if it's not solved in a timely manner.

I have had no internet since evening of Sunday August 21st. Have tried calling to report to only being on hold waiting for assistance for 25 minutes 3 different times. Not sure how else to report

Aug 13 2022 I'm sitting here at my PC and my internet icon keeps going from internet access to no internet access. It's not my PC. It's the actual ISP. Been happening for 2 weeks. On off all the time.

Rolla, MO 65401 Storm came and modem to internet will not turn on. Called tech support a million times and have been on hold for an hour each time. Even late at night. Haven’t talked to a human yet. Hasn’t worked in two days and need internet for numerous things in my household. Would like to get this fixed and looked at in person but can’t get ahold of tech support or anyone in the office opening hours.

Same issues restart router i game professionally live stream and live on my tik tock and have lost thousands due to the lag and constant speed reduction 1 gig my rear end. And dont ever bother asking for a refund for lost internet

I've been paying this crazy price for years. I have gig internet. Constantly crashes. They blame me 24/7 even tho I have MIT degree. Never reimburse. I play pro video games lose Hella competitions due to lag in internet. Sad they call them selves an internet provider. They charge you 120 a year for garbage.....what's worse. They don't care.

Had 2 outages yesterday and another today... we pay for a gig and even when it works we are lucky to get 250mb down..

64744 Having to reset my modems everyday atleast 3x a day. I have the gig package and I’m constantly having to reset and my devices are buffering all the time.

Y'all need a number just for strictly reporting outages. We should have to push a bunch of options and be put on hold just to report an outage. And this site ain't no good because it's wrong.
