Internet outage Saline County , Springhill RD . this has been a regular off and on problem for 2 months , called in with numerous complaints and had numerous techs out working in the area only for the issue to get worse over time.

Benton 72015 This is ridiculous. Fidelity Communications, owned by Cable One Inc, is charging $100+ now for service that is worse than 3g mobile data! Constantly goes out. I propose we petition for legislation that stipulates when service goes down and cuts into income by doing so we get reimbursed for that lost revenue. It is vital the internet works as intended and an issue here and there is expected, but this is constant and has only gotten so much worse. Fix it now or expect to be in court with an abundance of proof how you are impacting our income with this carelessness!

Fidelity sucks, you CANNOT get anyone on the phone without at least a 30 minute hold time. and when you do, they give no info on outages. mine has been down for hours and nothing reported anywhere. they even confirmed the outage
