Once again Fidelity internet down again in Lawton Oklahoma. Every single week for a year this happens at least twice. I really hope another company moves here because fidelity is awful and yet they just raised our rates by 20 dollars. But have to have it to work… well when it’s working. Seems I’m on this website a lot. This company is not worth it. And they do not care as long as they get paid… that includes when they are down. Idk just frustrated. A year is a long time to deal w this I wish they would just fix it.

Would be nice if cable companies didn’t monopolize cities. That way the customers had a choice. But then obviously they would have to compete and upgrade to beat the competition, yea fk that, too much work for cable companies. 73505 Lawton

Website says problem with third party plug ins so use a different browser. Nope! Other browsers do not work and neither does the app. It is disturbing enough to have a site go down... which has all your money in it but you cannot see it. But when the error messages meant to inform and reassure, say that the outage is limited but it is not, it is across the board, then confidence in the fidelity platform as a whole is destroyed. Somebody should be looking for a different job today.

I swear this never happened in north Little Rock where I came from, I should’ve just stayed there because xfinity had no outages and moving to Benton was the worst. I’ve already experienced 2 outages a week. PLEASE FIX THIS!! 72019-Benton

75657 Jefferson My internet service has been dropping during the daytime hours for a little over a week now. I haven't heard anything as far as service work being done in the area, outages, or anything else.

The internet is down in Benton, Arkansas. You guys have the worst internet in the history of internet. You guys block XFinity from moving down from Littler Rock to cover Benton, and then you only offer such a terrible internet service. It should be illegal. Please fix your internet service, we lose internet at least twice a month. The last time it went down for 2-3 days.

73505 Lawton, OK. Everyday the Internet bounces numerous times, but reconnects. This interrupts business I'm conducting. Today (6/4/2021) the Internet down more than 20 minutes. This happens about once a week where the outage is lengthy. Rebooted the computer. Rebooted their CHEAP $16.50 modem/router. Still nothing! And this is why we pay for such high prices and poor tech support. Time to look for another ISP.
