Fidelity Communications Outages

Carthage Texas 75633 I haven’t talked to mom in one week. Before that I’d spend lots of time not being able to talk to her. Her phone always goes straight to voicemail. What’s wrong with her Fidelity internet or AT&T service.

I am sick of this. How can anyone calls this internet when most of the time it's not working for customers and the company acts surprised every time you mention outages as if they don't know despite all sorts of calls, emails, and comments. I am going to be forced to switch or risk losing my job by not being able to work. Internet is required for my position!

Nevada 64772. Our WiFi has been out all day, we have our bills paid for as usual but I'm able to connect to my wifi without internet? Then as of 3 hours ago still going, our WiFi network doesn't even show on any devices showing its available to even try to connect. Idk what is happening but very disappointed in Services with you guys. Have had issues all month.

This has been going on all day i habent been able to get any work done and as usual its on a day when your office is closed please fix your internet i pay a hundred dollars a month for service i never see the upper half of

Rolla 65401 We have no internet all morning in the valley near the edge of town, and at least one business at the top of the hill in the heart of town is out. The public library is not out, as of 10 am Friday.

Cable internet has been going down and up all day 4/13/21. Can we get a prorate on all our bills, since we are paying for service and not getting it? People have home automation and security that depends on the connectivity that Fidelity provides. I would much rather have better stability than increased speeds, and I can bet that the majority of your customer base will say the same. Lawton, OK 73505

Download speed was zero and internet down between 9:30 and 10am. Rebooted my router twice. $75 for lousy internet service is ridiculous!El Dorado Springs, Mo 64744
