Frontier Fios has been out in Valrico, Florida for a few hours now. There are outages throughout the U.S. that for some reason they are not reporting and for some reason when you ask them about it, they choke up and seem to be afraid to answer the question. Instead they talk in circles. Horrible service and they lie to and are dishonest with their customers.

Eastern panhandle of WV- 26711 & 26808 Capon Bridge & Highview: Second time in a week landlines are down for hours, last week Internet was down for 7 hours. They say it’s nothing to do with Bankruptcy, but the reps literally could care less anymore.

Not only does my address not have any Frontier internet but I tried helping someone earlier around 9 and they live 5 miles away and have frontier too with no internet signal at all just like us... this has been going on since 6pm yesterday. We live in menifee CA 92584
