06890 Southport CT Download speeds of less than 2 Mbps since about 9:30 pm 12/27/2022. Upload speed has not been affected. It has been 12 hours since the start of the degraded service and download speeds are still below 2 Mbps.

been down since yesterday @ 4:25 - i just called support they can't give a restore time - i think it's time to go back to cable, at least they had service back up within few hours - 06010 - so my company can't work due to this - as we do sale online

Down in Bridgeport, CT. Second time in a week, both times they claimed I was the only customer in the state with an issue. No wifi, no direct connection, and they said it could take up to 24 hours to have a tech come see what the issue is. 06605
