i have been experiencing periodic outages lasting from 5 to 30 minute tonight. I live in Cheektowaga, NY14225.I have been running a ping to google continuously to see how long the outages lasted. I wish there was customer service after hours to call and see if the outage was expected or there were planned maintenance schedules.

Enfield 06082. I’ve been a customer for about a month. No problems until this evening. Internet has been out for over three hours now. Generally satisfied with their service, except they don’t have a very good process for reporting or checking status on outages.
