About Google Fiber
Google Fiber is Alphabet Inc.'s fiber-to-the-premises service in the US. They provide broadband Internet and cable television to a very small and limited yet slowly increasing number of locations. In 2016, they had 68,715 television subscribers and estimated they have about 453,000 broadband customers. It was first launched in the Kansas City metropolitan area, that included 20 Kansas City area suburbs within the first 3 years. It started off as experimental but since, in 2012 Google Fiber was announced as a viable business model and expanded to Austin, Texas, and Provo, Utah, and then with subsequent expansions in 2014 and 2015 to Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh–Durham, Nashville, Salt Lake City, and San Antonio.

There is no internet in West Nashville/37209. I called customer service and the background noise was atrocious. I could not hear/understand the person in the phone. I did make out there is no ETA on resolution time. This is not acceptable given full time work from home status. When will the issues be resolved? Also ensure I am not billed for the time the internet is down.
