For anyone who is having internet problems, it is a DNS issue. Change your DNS settings in your router to use Google's DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) and your issue will be fixed until home telecom fixes their DNS. Use google to figure out how to do this or just wait it out.
