Fiber outage in Manson area. Found out this is scheduled maintenance by Chelan PUD. Did not see any notifications of this, so called LocalTel and was told. Shared to let others know. Said Fiber should be back online by 7am. 98831

Wenatchee/98801 Anyone else having issues with LocalTel internet right now in or around the Wenatchee area? It was fine over an hour ago then just crashed. We're somewhat tech-savvy and have done our own troubleshooting here - our stuff is fine so has to be on LocalTel's end but cannot even get through to them.

If you are using Outlook. My Outlook would not start for me yesterday. I re-installed it and all the old emails were back. Worth a try.

Plain (Leavenworth) WA 98826 Sunday will be the 8th day without email. I depend on it to access business info. They send security codes via email. Cannot get. This is ridiculous.

98801 - Wenatchee 12/23/2023. NO E-MAIL SERVICE THE PAST 4 DAYS OR MORE. NO OLD E-MAILS SEEN ANYMORE, IN FACT NO DATA OR INFO OF ANY KIND ARE SEEN IN THE E-MAIL. E-mail down for over three days. Today, in addition to no email service, lost the majority of stored emails-----many email folders just disappeared! Lost valuable communications and data! No real status updates from LocalTel! 98837 Moses Lake

Email still offline. Only change (for the worse) is that my email client (Thunderbird) has now decided that the IPAP from nwi.net says there are no messages including no saved messages (which until today were still available on my PC). So very bad outage. I do have backup but I chose nwi.net for good customer service. In this case, it doesn't seem any better than the big guys (Microsoft, Gooogle, etc) at fixing a problem. 85658 Tucson.

Email has been down since Dec 19. Last message I received was at 12:35pm on 12/19/2023. Called Localtel and they have a recording that they are experiencing a "widespread email outage and hope to have it fixed in 2 hours" or something like that. It's been over a day now. Phone and internet still work, just no email.

I switched to Local Tel to save money since inflation is so high. I didn’t save much… maybe a few dollars. Internet goes out a lot. Should have stayed with competitor who offered me a new promotional that was less expensive and a better deal.

Haven’t been able to access our NWI emails for business since yesterday at 1:29 pm. Localtel keeps saying will be fixed by certain time. 2:00 am was the latest they posted and still nothing. Losing $$$ and customers because of this and no end in site apparently. 98848 Quincy

Sropped by thier office in East Wenatchee because they were not putting out any information. They should be able to have an expected fix time and find some way to tell their customers. Absolutely nothing. I switched to LocalTel to prevent these problems. That didn't work. Using mobile phones as Hotspot to at least keep my business somewhat rolling. 98802
