98802 - East Wenatchee I agree with an earlier comment. It would be nice to get notified that Internet is done, localtel is aware, and what they are doing to fix it. We live up on badger mountain and the service is spotty so we need the Internet. Wondering why all the outages recently? We may have to switch

98802–Outages in East Wenatchee are becoming frequent. Can LocalTel at least send notifications out to customers via email if they plan repairs. Even without Internet cell service is still available for email alerts. Informing customers of issue seems wise?

98802 East Wenatchee As I sit here with no TV I decided to see if my phone would get internet. It does ok but what I find interesting is that I keep getting pop- ups for localtel. Ads promoting their services and offering upgrades... Not helping... Just wanted to watch a little tv!

Moses Lake 98837 is also down. Same issue trying to get ahold of support. I get some wild dial tone and it says all circuts are busy.

Internet down in Wenatchee 98802. Been down for 30 minutes or so. LocalTel phone number also down saying "All circuits are busy" I assume because the whole zip code is down and everyone is flooding them with calls.

Less than 1mb download while upload sits over 90mb. Guess the whole world is using Fiber at 7am.

Download is 1 MBPS where the upload is 1000MBPS? 50 ping as well. Usually have 1000MBPS up and down. and 3 ping.
