Absolutely done with this service or should I say “a lack of service”…. Please please please give another option and I will never use this service again… this happens every single month… and sometimes we wait almost a week. Try this in any other profession and you are out of business. Time to cut ties and give another company a chance.

This is ridiculous. Last update through Longview kilgore cable Facebook page was at 7pm. Before they addressed anything on Facebook they were ignoring / declining customer service calls. I understand high call volume but, anything could have been said rather than just hanging up. It’s now 9pm , no new update, no restoration time. they dang sure make sure to get their $ monthly but, can’t keep service great for more than a month at a time without something going out or not working. - Longview tx

Internet is out of Course in Kilgore….this is the most unreliable, whack internet service ever. Hurry up Verizon or Comcast and supply internet here.

I haaaate Longview/Kilgore cable! It's always a freaking issue and outages. I only have internet with them but I'm definitely switching. This is too much, because you can't even get any updates from them but they dam sure want to be paid though! Smh just ridiculous!! 75602

75601 hoyt drive longview tx been off since 3pm. Thanks long iew kilogore cable the library internet is down also. How am i suppose to turn in my school work. I swear as soon as it is available im changing my internet provider.

Internet not working we are on the end of a service line 1212 daffodil ln Longview,75604 so it looks like my neighbors cable service has pulled loose from the pole possibly effecting my internet service if I don’t report it it won’t be looked at please check it out.
