Everything working fine when I turned off TV last night. I turn on TV this morning and everything still works fine EXCEPT there is NO PICTURE --- THE SCREEN IS BLACK. The set is a 32" Sharp Digital TV and has great resolution and color (normally).

TV says we are not connected to internet. Router says we are. Computer is working. Are others having this same problem. Have tried all remedies with no avail.

Service dropping consistently since yesterday. Cant hold a connection for 10 mins. Reset router a dozen times. Longview 75604

75602. So tired of this internet going in and out especially while I'm working from home. Messing with my income and I'm going to that office on Monday direct. This internet cost way too much for this type of poor service. I had Google Fiber from where I moved from and paid 70 dollars for excellent services. They need to get this mess together asap.

Kilgore 75662 My internet has been out sense Wednesday. They said it’s an outage in your area and don’t know when it’ll be back on. My brother in law lives a quarter of a mile away and his is working. I’m so sick of this company. Once Frontier fiber becomes available I’m switching. End of story.

75604-Spring Hill area I am so tired of my internet going out. It’s almost once a week lately. There is never even an estimated time for it to be back on. They need to start reimbursing us for the time it is out. It will continue to be an issue because they know we have no other freaking option.

Gotta say my Internet went out again. Can you please fix it again. I don't mean to be rude but this cost 100$ a month. Please let it last instead of messing up. I hope whatever the problem is you can get it to where it doesn't go out every week.
