I love paying upwards to 80 bucks a month for something I am not sure will even work when I want to play, research, watch or just post something. A professional, "professional", company cant even make sure the people who pay them can use the shit they pay for. Seems absolutely legit. Why is the wifi turning on and off? Can anyone explain?

Got home around 7 to find out the internet is out. Still out here at 75604. Little odd that this is on a national level. Got the AR ready if shit goes down. 75605 Longview I’ve had sparklight fiberwire since March. Best thing ever. High speeds and cheaper than Longview/Kilgore internet. Make the switch as soon as you can. You won’t regret it.

Longview Tx, 75604. I used to live in Austin, and while we had some MAJOR issues, at least I was able to do my work. I've been struggling to finish my job with my phones Hotspot and this is infuriating. Can't wait for the new internet company -- looking forward to switching as soon as we can!

I too have been without internet most of day now...got no explanation as to why it is out..was just told it was city wide and could not give me an estimated time of when should be back on...this is all I got after sitting on hold waiting to talk to someone for about 25 mins before anyone picked up. Why is there a city wide outage..? No storm..and why no estimated time of recovery of service...would it be acceptable if I looked at paying my bill like that? 75605
