Spotty internet... Outages are normal sometimes... but PICK UP THE PHONES... OR PUT OUT A BULLETIN FFS.

Sparklight is fiber internet, it should be fully implemented by next year and it will save us from this company who uses a decade old technology, most cable providers are 10 years ahead of Longview and Kilgore cable AKA Cablelynx.

My internet service has been down since 5am. Going on 9 hrs down. When I call my provider no one can give me any information as when my service will be restored. Very frustrating.

BRING ON SPARKLIGHT!!! What Longview Cable needs is some ol’ competition. They will either improve or go out of business. Cable out since Wednesday, no service person has even called. Ive tried new modem, new cables and even went back to old wireless router. Eliminated all as a problem. Must be the cable company

Longview 75602- Well today was a very sad day. I waited all day for my job to finish. While waiting the BOYS were calling during work to get on WARZONE. All I could think was how in the hell was internet service going to work. Before even got home, I turned Cummings engine I checked my internet service on my phone. Come to find this bullsheet done even work...So I had to go through the troubles of my friends bullying bc my ain't want to work. I am the jock of my Call of Duty Warzone Twitch clan. Kilgore pls get your sheet together or Ima call the supervisor and tell them to EFF OFF. And if the lines ima come protest with my buddies as soon!!! as you guys up! Who is with MEE!

Longview, Tx 75605 Just moved and had my service transferred and now there's an outage. Cable Lynx yall need to do better. You cant be the only company and have trash service fr. There's an outage in 1 part of the city or another everyday. I use the internet for everything. I needs that C'Mon Man.

75605 Internet out again, called finally got someone to answer. She said, " It might be a outage" I pay my outrageous Bill, but they don't deduct the days that I don't have service. They seem to be falling further and further behind instead of keeping up with other companies. I wish we had Sudden Link or any one else. They keep raising the bill without raising the quality. Tried of the Longview Cable TV sink hole. Paid them way to much money for the last 30 years to constantly be trying to find out why it's not working, and they can't ever tell you what, when or how long before it's fixed.

They will say it's your fault not theirs. Nothing is ever their fault. If course though the 24 hour support is not answering. Mine shows connected but does nothing. Tried all the normal troubleshooting fixes but still showing nothing.

75604-Longview: The internet with Longview Kilgore Cable has been out since at least 4 am. The really messed up thing is this: when my Chromebook tries to connect, I get an error message saying that the internet is connected but I need to sign in at a Captive Portal Authorization page, kind of like you would sign in on if you were trying to use the PUBLIC WIFI at a hospital or hotel... however the page never loads and there is no way to rectify the situation... I work from home as a mental health therapist and my first client is at 8 AM...If they do not get this fixed ASAP, I believe I am going to stop the service and just use my hot spot on my cell phone... at least that way I KNOW that it works... It is just not worth $64.82 a month when I have to reschedule my clients hoping that the internet will be stable enough another day to conduct my sessions.
