75604, Longview. I told this company and their technician a two weeks ago when i had issues that this was related to their hubs being so far outdated. they dont what to listen to me, and now it is happening again. they either need to get out of this area and let a more reputable company like spectrum come into the area, or update old equipment. I used to do this kind of work in the army.

Everyone that's having issues with connection dropping and coming back just a heads up longview kilgore cable has a DOS attack issue going on from what im being told but they refuse to acknowledge it and I'm having the same problems and my modem log is ate up with DOS attacks and netgear has traced it back to the internet provider. 75662
