Request for Server constantly timing out. Longview Kilgore cable is the worst for any support. I am ready for Sparklight to finish the new builds and let me switch. Always have had issues since the day I their service

As others have reported, internet has been flickering in and out for around a week and a half now. At first I assumed it was on my end so I reset my router multiple times, then realized it had to be an external issue. This is unacceptable.

As others have reported constant in and out after 10 am. Multiple tests show ping and speed are fine so that leaves jitter in the line or basically something on their end. LVL 1 tech will always say its on customers end. 75601

Internet has been going in and out since Thursday. At times it will work ok, other times it is useless. Contacted Longview Cable and of course they said, "everything's good on our end". Well it's not good on this end. It works for a few minutes then goes out completely, repeats this cycle all day. I guess it will have to happen to enough people for them to actually do something about it. If it's happening to you, please contact them! Longview, 75605

Same thing for at least a week and a half, internet works mostly in the morning but after 10 am it starts going in and out. It'll work then slow down to nothing then back up then completely out, Tech support says it must be on my end even tho I'm not the only person this is happening to in kilgore at least. It's great to know as they transition us towards a cashless society this is the internet we have to rely on. I've been a long time customer of longview kilgore cable for internet but with sparklight coming in and offering better packages that are unlimited data for less money they need to at least keep our internet going or they're going to lose customer's.

Internet was out because we lost power then restored last night, but I wake up and the powers has restored but internets out, weird?

75604, Connection is fine in the morning then come evening time it just goes in and out. Its fine for 2 minutes then randomly cuts out for another. Then comes right back. This is not okay & is interrupting my job. Please fix it

Internet works fine then at around 11 am for the last few days starts dropping to nothing or just going in and out constantly. Contacted tech support four times yesterday and they keep saying it's not a problem on their end but how can it work fine then not at all then fine again and back and forth for hour's. 75662

Internet out at apps 4:45 PM. Also Discovery+ app will not load on first try without error signal, so I have to reload it to access the app for the past week. Longview 75604. ????
