75604 longview just talked to them they said it should be back up round 4 or 5ish today att mainstream and kilgore longview cable said the fibers that connected it was torn in multiple places because of the wind

75605 Longview No net since yesterday around 1800. Lonkil cable not answering phone & zero info. Don’t do Facebook. A simple message on their automated line would b useful but that would imply anyone at the company was actually concerned about customers well being. They know they r the only high speed net option in my area so they ignore complaints. Bet they will use this to justify a rate increase.
