Longview TX 75604. First the water, now the WiFi… There is people that need to do school/work and need WiFi to do so and for the company to not give out any information for when and why it’s down is ridiculous. I can’t even get a hold of anybody the phone number off google is no longer active

75605 I agree with Alice. How hard would it be to put a message on a phone so when you call them you would have an update. Also don't like being in the dark. Watching TV over the air and no news about it either. If there was a fiber line cut in Dallas as one person mentioned, that should be making news. 75605, Longview, just got through to Company. Was advised there is a fiber cut. No more details and no estimated repair time. Another cable company posted the fiber cut is in Dallas and affects deep into east texas. I have been out since 4 pm yesterday.

75605 - I have lived all over the world and never lost power, water, internet, or utility of any kind. Here in Longview, you will lose at least one service per month on average; Longview infrastructure is worse than a third world country I used to live in. Meanwhile, our corrupt politicians and the Mack buddies continue to put huge bond proposals on the ballet to build fancy fire stations, waterparks, and merry-go-rounds for $100m plus. Shameful. Fix the damn infrastructure instead of lining your donors pockets please.
