I don't even live in Massillon OH, but I frequently visit my who does. I can't believe how bad MCTV's is. Almost every time I'm here it goes out. I don't how them blocking other sevice providers is legal? Only a company that REALLY SUCKS would feel the need to block other services to keep customers...

Funny thing is, they apparently are allowed to "lock down" control of certain areas. So I'm not allowed to switch providers even if I wanted to. Seems pretty TTYL shiesty that that's legal. Maybe if the internet stops going down for an hour+ every couple days, that'd be nice
