Is MCTV going to credit my bill, scratch that, credit my entire bill for this last week of horrible Wi-Fi service? I have lost probably 4 to 5 hours of work, thanks to my Wi-Fi constantly going down. 4 to 5 hours of my pay is more than what I pay per month for my Wi-Fi... Since I won't be paid that amount, since I was not able to work those hours, thanks to bad Wi-Fi connection... I am just wondering if MCTV is willing to credit my bill this month?

Massillon 44646 area. My Wi-Fi was down quite often last week, I had a minor reprieve from the Wi-Fi being down, from Friday afternoon at around 2:00 to Saturday afternoon at around 2:00... Before and after that, my Wi-Fi has been going down constantly... Once again, I work at home, and if my Wi-Fi constantly is going down, I won't keep my job very long. If I lose my job because my Wi-Fi is going down constantly, that will not be good for me or for MCTV.
