Massillon Cable TV Outages

Massillon Cable has the worst internet and WI-FI connections. I've had them out to my house 3x in 1 month and they made me upgrade things and spend more money. My internet is worse now! I drop calls every 2 minutes and my tv's barely work. They don't care either. My entire allotment has these issues and they do nothing. They are losing 100's of customers and more to come. They are the worst! I'm switching mine this week. I live in Canal Fulton but Jackson schools. 44614.

Everything is trash anymore. Expensive and trash. It truly is no wonder a god would decide to drown this trash species in a flood. I would. If I had the button to wipe this trash species from existence in front of me I would push it with no hesitation. Humans are the worst species on the planet. We have a garbage patch twice the size of Texas in the ocean. We are the galactic gallon of spoiled rotten milk way past it's expiration date.

Should just take the M off Massillon for everything. Nothing but trash roads. Trash cable. Trash internet. Trash football always losing to the go godder teams. Even the trash is trash. I'm a crackhead for the abuse I guess.

Massillon, 44647. I’m beyond pissed. MCTV sucks. 3rd or 4th time this week. Agree with previous comment regarding the upgraded speed when it never works! I sent a nasty gram to them (again). I want a credit!!

I hate MCTV, but they are the only providers where I live. If we are not constantly going through modems, then the internet service is out. There should be laws against such crappy service. 44666

44647 internet down would use spectrum if possible but stuck with this shitty internet that doesn't work. We should be reimbursed for outages.

Lol this has to be a joke. Internet is out AGAIN! NOBODY EVER KNOWS WHY. I should get another choice in Internet providers. I never had these issues with spectrum or att.

Internet has been down for for the past 15 minutes. This is the second time today. It happened this morning as well around 9 a.m. in Massillon, OH 44647. I tried to call MCTV and the phone rings busy.
