44614 For as much as you demand payment, hour internet stops working alot. Plus it has some of the slowest speeds available in my area. Most of the country has over 100 mbs. Fix it chodes

I know you're working on the internet issues, and I appreciate that. However, I work from home, and I have lost income because the internet has either been down or so slow I can't even work on it. Please fix ASAP. Thank you!

Internet went down at around 1:50 am and it's 2:40 am now and still not back up. Not seeing any info online about possible outages. 44662 Navarre.

Lost internet at 11:00 pm 12/25/21. Still no internet. Reset my modem and plume. No luck called MCTV and got answering service. Answering service said call back doing normal business hours. Why have a answering service

service through MCTV, for massillon 44646: 100mbs down, 10up, and I can't even get 900kbs. I have full bars, QOS on, full metrics reading less than 10% router usage. The connection is beyond terrible. Saturday night with zero gaming or streaming potential. It's taking time just to buffer text.

A continuous problem with no real answers. Tried a new modem at yet it constantly comes and goes. Always the story about heavy usage in the house but that is BS. I’m paying for 50 MPs but rarely is it there. This problem isn’t my fault. Perhaps giving us 100 MPs would be a good place to start. Getting really old hearing all the reasons but nothing changes. [Wheeling WV 26003] Internet down, no answer at tech service, called billing and he said they were “working on it”.
