My service is suddenly down and we just paid a couple days ago. Been 5 years now without issues. This sucks. 97203. Cant even get onto mymetro using my home wifi to see what's up. This is weird

I can't pay my bill online or via or 611 .. it's due now will it be disconnected or will it stay in till they get the service running again? No one will answer . Y calls either since earlier this evening. Anyone have any info?

Tried to re-activate a previous phone LG V50 5G phone to be exact. unlocked GSM. website and call center said there is an error and that my phone isn't compatible with Metro PCS. It has been for 2 years! I got a new phone and was gicing my old LG to the wife. The website also says my currently active phone LG V60 unlocked GSM isn't compatible. Funny I called Metro customer services using it! They claimed nothing wrong on their end. website says having network issues and to call. Something is clearly wrong.

My family and I have not been able to make calls out or anything in four days now. Emergency calls only. We can't only use our phones is we connect to WiFi. I go 45 minutes up the road and everything works. We have never had this problem before. What is going on? 47043 Vevay

Sick of this ! Constant problems with connecting to the mobile network. Can never use my phone when I want to although my bill is always paid. I'm paying for 3 lines and this is beyond frustrating and ridiculous! I'm ready to switch carriers at this point because this is ongoing for almost a month now and I'm ready to smash this phone to bits . A word of advice Metro...get your shit together!!

60438 - For the past 1.5 weeks, my service has been terrible! I can hear call clearly, however, they can't hear me or they say I am garbled or going in and out to the point where we can't hold a conversation. I have also had failures when sending pictures/gifs/media. It is beyond frustrating!

My husband and I have both been having issues with our 4g coverage. I usually never have any issue with my hotspot. So, imagine my surprise when I signed in to work from home today and my hotspot was too weak to cover me. I had to find coverage for 30 minutes so I could drive to the office. I'm wondering if it's the new phone I JUST bought, but if that's the case, why would it be happening to my husband as well because he is using his same phone he's had for over a year. Help!
