My phone said “no service” for the better part of Friday and Saturday, June 16 & 17, 2023. I finally have service today. I called Mint Mobile tech service to find out why my service was down and what I should do the next time it happens. The customer service rep didn’t seem to understand what I was asking. She was not helpful. So I tried using the chat on the website to speak with a customer service rep. However,After 10 minutes no one came on the chat to help me. I’m going to try emailing them.
