The cable internet, cable TV, and phone service available from NuLink Digital is offered to an estimated 85,000 people, which makes it the 58th largest provider of cable broadband in the US by coverage area. It started as a division of Newnan Utilities in 1997, and then NuLink was spun off as a private entity in 2008, and has it continued to deliver new technology to residents and businesses throughout the area.

30277 - Still waiting on internet. If you have an urgent need, get a Mifi device or tether to your smartphone. I was told by a reliable source that the tornado hit the internet hub building and mangled all the wiring. They are literally having to untangle and re-wire. Some people have enough trouble with their own house wiring. Cut NuLink some slack. Cursing them won't bring your service back any sooner.

We live in indian bluff drive, sharpsburg GA 30277 on Fisher rd. We got tv back about 11 am today. Still no internet. It seems other people in the neighborhood have super slow internet but no tv. It seems to differ from house to house. Thankfully I still have mobile data. But for all the people complaining. Listen it could be worse. Your house could've gotten destroyed. Nulink a antennas got completely destroyed by the tornado so they have to rebuild and replace. Just be patient, we will all be back to normal soon.

Newnan 30265. It is very frustrating but I plan on sticking with NuLink. Have had since 2013. First time something like this has happened. Yes, I am frustrated. Yes I am upset. I do now have TV. No Internet. But this was something no one could plan for. But I can’t help but be frustrated also and anxious.

30263 Spoke to a nulink rep named Dominique who said they have an internal map to show where they’re fixing areas (of course customers can’t see it because why should we have access to helpful information) she claimed they were fixing my areas internet and it’s 7:00 and my internet is still out. I would switch to another provider if I had the opportunity!!

Regardless of what happens now, I'm leaving this service. They proved they do not prepared and not reaching ng out with updates, not answering phones or emails. So this won't be the last time they will lose service and fail to restore. Other providers seem to be more reliable.

Lora, I’m in PTC and the internet just came up. Tv is down but I’m afraid to reboot the equipment because I don’t want to lose internet ha. The website says if you have been restored and don’t have don’t have connectivity then unplug it and plug it back in. Worth a try for you.
