NuLink Digital is an American telecommunications company that has on offer internet service only for customers in the state of Georgia. The cable internet, cable TV, and phone service available from NuLink Digital is offered to an estimated 85,000 people, which makes it the 58th largest provider of cable broadband in the US by coverage area. It started as a division of Newnan Utilities in 1997, and then NuLink was spun off as a private entity in 2008, and has it continued to deliver new technology to residents and businesses throughout the area.

At this point, if you rely on your service for medical reasons, work, etc, then you should already be pursuing alternate plans. The communication has been sent out, they are working diligently to restore service. With what they are dealing with, any estimate of restoration would be nothing more than an educated guess... although, seeing as how they have never been through a situation this severe, there really would be no education to the guess.

I agree with the comments about DR plans or the lack thereof - coupled with customer support people relaying messages on Facebook in lieu of company emails, really paints NuLink/WOW in a pretty amateurish light. There's a giant group of people doing WFH thanks to the pandemic - we kinda need to know what's going on so we can make other plans if needed. Yeah, the tornado sucked and it's not your fault. Doesn't mean we can just wing it with our jobs. Appreciate the service restoration work, we just need you to communicate more evenly.

That’s not a real nulink support rep. They won’t guarantee anyone anything. They will not be “taking off for church” 80% of us work remote. Do you know how much business they’ll lose? I’m confident they will be working through the night and tomorrow until service is restored.

Internet is back up where I am. Grateful for the work at NuLink, though I wish they would have posted any updates at all, anywhere. On their website there was a button for updates and information that just told you that you don't have permission when you click on it. ~30277, Sharpsburg.

If I used Nulink for business the lack of a DR plan would send me to other providers. But as I use them for home internet I only expect a prorated invoice next month deducting number of days without service.
