Its now been 48 hours of no inet to depend on...going on 72 hours. Called this am and was told that this is an area issue and they are attempting to find out the problem. Is there any hope? This is super bad customer service!

Well Maricopa orbitel is down again. Every other day this happens and I have had it. I have the highest possible plan and work from home. This literally makes me so mad. I'm losing money using thier services. I cannot afford to keep having this come up! Really upsetting. Am going to see what options I have and what can be done. I'm over orbitel.

What a shocker, once again down. This company needs to be charged with fraud. If I pay you $100 for a service but only let you use that service 50% the time and half the time when you're allowed to use it then it doesn't work like it's supposed to. That is literally the definition of fraud. When you make companies like CenturyLink look like A++ service in comparison you know your service is garbage.

Orbitel Communications Maintenance Orbitel will be performing scheduled system maintenance on Tuesday morning, November 16th between the hours of 12:01 am to 6:00 am. Called technical support for orbital problem. We cannot get into our computer. I mean can't get in to sign in at all. The clown on the other end is completely stupid. We had to repeat the problem to him really 20 times. We have no resolution and they won't send an orbital tech out to check it. We are in maricopa az 85138. 41752 w summer sun ln.

This may be the absolute worst company in America. Random outages, no warnings from the company, never able to contact customer support, but if you do get through, they never have any idea what the problem is, and you will likely know more about IT than their tech support. Not to mention their top service is overpriced and half as fast as what you're paying for. I can't wait to move where I can get back with Cox Communications. Maricopa 85138

Installed Orbitel mid-day yesterday. 9:30am today: no internet. Glad I still had my modem/router to plug in from CenturyLink to get me back on my work calls, but which one is the lesser of the two evils out here? 85138 Maricopa

Let customers know when system (shutdown service) is occurring so we the users/customers can also plan. You just shutdown TV at 12:30am in the middle of my movie. I had to call to find out that you are doing maintenance. You must know it ahead of time so let us know. 85739 Saddlebrooke
