Our Point broad band connections are practically NEW (01/2023) and they have already been interrupted twice since then. Our phone service (in our home) is dependent on strong internet signal. We have been without internet since Tuesday morning, June 13th. Also, my bill has increased several times without notice or explanation??? We started at $45/month and it was $76 this month? What's going on?
